The property was overall clean and fair and the location was fab. Attractive view of valley. Comfortable beds & huge bathroom. Non-alcoholic coffee, tea, beers and wines in the pool bar, good parking place.

Many things to like: reasonably priced food, gentle staff, relaxing bed. It was tastefully decorated, good enough for an overnight stay. They made my stay superb. Service was really top-notch, that made the hotel exceptionally comfortable place. I was surprised at nearby Novi, they had some goodies, drinks.

Overall, its lovely place for exploring Zadar attractions. Location - GOOD. Helpful owner running the hotel. We loved our time here.

The street was noisy and you'll have to deal with it.

We had 3 nights in Zadar, spent our time here very nicely. Near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.
